Here comes the fun part: Creating a Custom Apron


Aprons from my website are made to order so there is no choosing a pictured apron and say, "I want that one." The bulk of my aprons are sold at local farmer’s markets so they rarely stay around for any length of time, making it difficult to maintain an online inventory.

In order to have an online presence, I made the decision to not offer an apron in any particular fabric but to ask the buyer to define certain guidelines and then put their faith in my choice of fabric and trim.

 
To accomplish this I have developed an ordering system:

First choose an apron style.

Then determine color preferences.



The buyer can specify other criteria such as subtle prints/colors, bold colors, vintage prints - the sky's the limit.

I will search for fabric that best matches the criteria and email  photos for approval before proceeding to make the apron of choice. 

Once finished, the apron will be mailed first class through the Postal Service unless the buyer specifies an alternate shipping method. The shipping costs for one apron through the Post Office is $3. Multiple aprons or alternate shipping arrangements will be charged according to weight and shipper chosen.
